-How does the coupon code work? If you have a coupon code, enter the code in the box and check it. You will get a message that the discount is in effect and you will see the discounted price in your shopping cart at check out.

-What is the difference between a regular African Butterfly and a Thick butterfly comb? The Thick combs are for thick, long and/or curly hair. The teeth of the combs and the spacing of the teeth are bigger and wider. Most people with thick hair can use either, however some hair requires the thicker comb.

-What is the difference between the original size and the Chameleon? The main difference is the size and the amount of hair that it holds. I have found that sometimes people with thinner hair or smaller heads prefer the Chameleon size, however just because you have thin hair doesn't mean that you can only use a Chameleon clip. The hairclip actually interlocks with itself, so anyone can use any clip! The more hair you have, the more comfortable the larger size is.

-What are the shipping charges? The first two clips are $3.95. Each additional clip after that is $1.50 per clip. 7+ clips is $10.70 - Priority Flat Rate Box. International shipping is the same prices plus $2.00 per order.
